Order Processing:

We strive to process your order within 1-2 business days. All orders are picked and prepared from our readily available stock. Once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

Delivery Times:

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates only. We dispatch orders Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. The approximate delivery time frame begins from the time of dispatch.

 

Important Notes:

- All Dear Rubes orders are dispatched from Lower Hutt, Aotearoa. All returns should be sent back to Lower Hutt.

- Once your order leaves our facility, Dear Rubes cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is considered lost, damaged, or stolen.

 

Additional Information:

- We do not deliver to PO boxes.

- Redirecting a shipped parcel or cancelling an order after placement is not possible.

When possible, we use recycled materials for your parcels, keeping in mind that the appearance might not always be the most stylish. However, rest assured that all our packaging is either recyclable, reusable, or suitable for home composting.

Our mailers, whether composed of soft plastic or cardboard, align with eco-friendly principles. Soft plastic mailers can be reused or recycled alongside your other soft plastics. To further minimize our impact on the environment, any bubble wrap used in our packaging is repurposed from packages received by us, and we encourage you to continue this recycling process.
