  • Thank you for shopping with Dear Rubes! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We try to make returns as easy as possible for you. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we can offer you store credit. We can also offer an exchange, but we cannot guarantee that the product will be available once your item is returned. Please read our Exchanges and Returns Policy carefully.

    1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    1.1 Eligible Items: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

     1.2 Time Frame: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

    2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    2.1 Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@dearrubes.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

    2.2 Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.

    3. Return Shipping

    3.1 Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    3.2 Packaging: Please securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. 

    4. Exchanges Process

    4.1 Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. 

    6. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 5 working days) at hello@dearrubes.com with a photo of the damaged or defective item. If your garment is faulty we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the item’s fault is minor and repairable we will endeavour to repair it in a timely manner. If the garment is unable to be repaired within a timely manner we will provide a replacement garment. If a replacement item is unavailable a full refund will be given. Please do not return any goods to us without initiating contact first. 

    7. Final Sale Items

    Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description for details.
