How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our online store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, as well as payment through PayPal.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier's site.

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for detailed information.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Aotearoa. If you are interested in international shipping please get in touch at hello@dearrubes.com
